MarketCap SZ provides a property data platform that collects, processes and visualizes publicly available South African property market information including municipal valuation rolls, deeds office transfers, sectional title schemes and building plan approvals. We offer both free basic access and premium subscription services.

MarketCap SZ is a data platform, not a property agency, investment advisor or professional service provider. Information on our platform does not constitute professional advice. Users should consult appropriate professionals for property, legal or investment decisions.

Intellectual Property

The platform design, visualizations, analysis tools and compiled datasets are our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute platform content except as explicitly permitted for personal use or under premium license terms.

Premium Services

Subscription Terms

Premium subscriptions provide enhanced data access and features. Subscription fees are charged according to the selected plan . Payment is processed through third-party payment processors. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion and generally only for technical issues preventing service access.

Termination
